Hebei Jinxing Technology Co., Ltd is located in the economic and technical development zone of Jizhou District, Hengshui City, Hebei Province. The company was established in year of 2001 with the registered capital of 150 millions of RMB. It covers an area of 50, 000 square meters, of which, the construction area is 22, 000 square meters.

Now in our company there are more than 100 workers, and have a 5~10 technical research and develop team, and about ten people in quality control department. We have 6 automatic production line and advanced test equipment in our lab to assure brake hose quality good. Our test lab can do all test according to SAE J1401 requirements.

The brake hoses manufactured by us has the features of bursting strength, low volumetric expansion, excellent weather resistance and so on. The products are strictly in compliance with GB16897-2010, SAE J1401.

Our brake hose got the certificate: DOT /TS16949 /CQC/SAE J1401.

Our rubber meterials used are imported EPDM.

Our hose can be packaged in two kinds: Rolls and straight piece as customers requirements.

Hose size can be produced as customer required. 3X11/ 3.2X11/ 3.2X10.5/ 3.5X10.5/4.8X12.5. Hose printing on hose can be any color as customer required. ( white/ blue/yellow)

Our main products: Rubber brake hose 3.2*10.5mm / air brake hose 10*17mm/ S. S braided brake hose/ power steering hose 9.8X18.3mm.

Our brake hose are exported to Poland Italy Portugal Russia Turkey Mexico Colombia Panama Brazil etc many countries.

This year we set a new advance production line of steel braided hose, it′s size 1/8", 3.2mmx7.5mm, it most used for automobile and motorcycles bfake systems. This kind of hose materials include two kinds: Nylon and PTFE.
